Question about fading out on race day

I'm a 4hr 15min marathoner (I've done 8), don't hit the wall but fade out. Any advice?

Hi Mike,

Two things:
1)    You are not doing enough long runs and therefore are lacking the endurance/ strength needed.
2)    Need to make sure you adequately hydrate prior and during the event. Try and take gels, especially in the second half of the race to give you that little extra energy when you are fatiguing.
