Marathon Guru's 10km Intermediate Training Program (Static PDF)
This program is designed for the runner who runs a little more regularly and is keen to add some variety into their training.
The training will consist of 1 x long run a week combined with 2 x sessions, 3 x easy runs and only 1 x rest day a week.
The emphasis is on incorporating some running structure into your week at a level that my be conducive to your hectic lifestyle.
Training is based around your goal time for the marathon there are specific goal indicators each week that allow you to see how you are progressing.
